Jack Chan is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 26 years of professional experience in audit and advisory services for the financial services sector, having worked with numerous financial services clients in mainland China, Hong Kong, and other Asian and European countries. Mr. Chan has also worked in the U.S designing internal controls and audit program for financial institutions.

Jack is the Managing Partner of EY Financial Services in Greater China, managing more than 3,000 financial services professionals who provide comprehensive audit, tax, risk management and performance improvement advisory and M&A transaction advisory services for banks, insurance companies, securities companies, funds and other financial institutions across Greater China. He has also established Climate Change and Sustainability Services to provide financial institutions with green bond assurance, green finance advisory and other services.

Jack is a frequent speaker. He gives speeches and training to banking executives, government officers and accountants in mainland China and Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of Deposit-taking Companies of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
